 Delivery Option

• A signature is required with all deliveries
• Please ensure that someone will be available to sign for the parcel at the delivery address
• After an attempted delivery, which will be advised by the carrier leaving a card, promptly contact our carriers to arrange for a convenient re-delivery or collection from their local depot).
• In the unlikely event that a parcel has to be returned to us because delivery was not possible and the parcel has not been claimed by the intended recipient, the customer is liable for the additional cost involved, charged at £5.95 per return to us.
